The luxurious living and dining areas on the first floor, the spacious kitchen with a bar, and the separate TV room and workspaces provide a variety of spaces for different activities and meet the needs of even the most demanding guests.

The upper floor features two first-class primary bedrooms. The basement includes a sauna area with a lounge and fitness room. It also has a second kitchen, a living room and four bedrooms, which can be used as a separate apartment when needed.

There is also a separate, quiet apartment above the garages.
